Editors Corner
This issue
brings us to our 3rd (yes, third!) anniversary. Who would have thought
we would not only have lasted so long, but have sustained nearly 2000
downloads for each issue since just after it's first anniversary? Certainly
not me, although I am very pleased we are obviously filling an
instructor need. And I am grateful to all the authors who have contributed
such great material. TOES success is due solely to these talented and generous
people.
Our 3rd anniversary
issue brings us
an online facelift and some changes in downloading TOES.
Beginning with this
issue, TOES downloads are done on an article by article basis.
This will help those with slower connections and those in remote areas
that have to pay by the minute for Internet connections.
Before you
download any articles- please read:

Articles
The changes also allows
us to keep online a description of each issues articles so you no longer
have to download multiple issues searching for that certain article you
wanted.
As always, Comments
Welcome
